Thursdays 5:30 – 6:40 pm
This yoga class will help those of you who are new to yoga and those with yoga experience who wish to learn flowing yoga routines. You will learn yoga postures, breathing and how to link the postures together in a fluid way. You will learn Hatha Yoga, Polarity Yoga and Power Yoga styles so your yoga experience will be varied and provide a very complete, yet doable yoga routine.
This is “come as you are” yoga to relax and let go of stress as your body transforms from stiff and tense into limber and toned. Class begins with simple yoga warm-ups and ends with a time of guided meditation and deep relaxation.
